Question 1

How does the portrait creation process work?

Accepted Answer

Select 1-9 historical regiments from our armory, upload a clear headshot, and our AI generates a museum-quality preview. You review the preview before purchasing—there's no obligation to buy if you don't love it.

Question 2

What headshot should I upload for best results?

Accepted Answer

For optimal results, use a well-lit, front-facing headshot with your face clearly visible. Avoid headshots with heavy shadows, sunglasses, or extreme angles. A neutral background helps, but our AI can work with most clear portraits.

Question 3

What quality are the prints?

Accepted Answer

We use museum-grade printing on premium archival materials. Choose from heavyweight matte paper, gallery-wrapped canvas, or HD metal prints. All options feature vivid colors and exceptional detail that will last generations.

Question 4

How long does delivery take?

Accepted Answer

After checkout, production takes 2-3 business days. Standard shipping is 5-7 business days within the US, with express options available. International shipping varies by location (typically 7-14 days).

Question 5

What if I'm not happy with my preview?

Accepted Answer

You only pay after you've seen your preview. If you're not satisfied, regenerate or simply don't proceed to checkout—there's no charge. Your uploaded headshot is deleted after processing for your privacy.

Question 6

Is my headshot stored or shared?

Accepted Answer

Your privacy is paramount. Headshots are encrypted during transmission, processed securely, and permanently deleted from our servers after your portrait is generated. We never share, sell, or use your headshot for any other purpose.

Question 7

Can I order multiple portraits?

Accepted Answer

Yes! You can select up to 9 regiments in a single order. Many customers create collections featuring different eras or nations. Bulk orders may qualify for volume discounts at checkout.

Question 8

Are the uniforms historically accurate?

Accepted Answer

Each uniform in our armory has been meticulously researched from historical archives, military records, and museum collections. We consult with historians to ensure every detail - from buttons to insignia - is period-accurate.
